About Me

     Hello everyone,

My name is obviously Marie Gutierrez, I have two boys ages five and three. I was born in California, Pomona but was raised in Las Vegas, Nevada since I was five years old.  I work full-time as an assistant property manager. I'm currently majoring in real estate, I love what I do for a living. With the marketing being so high I know it makes it complicated for people to find a place to call home. Seeing the facial expressions when I tell my applicants they are approved warms my heart.

  1. Seeing the facial expressions of the applicants that they are approved, wonderful :-)

Full-time work, raising two kids, and attending college is a full plate!

    Welcome to IS101-3012, Fall 2022, Marie ^_^

  2. Wow Marie, working full time, studying and educating two children is not an easy work. The most rewarding thing in life is that you like your job so you never feel like you're working.

  3. Oh how I miss when my kids were those ages! I miss the sound of little feet running through the house. Now all I hear is arguing from my pre-teens. Happy to see that you found a job you love and want to keep pursuing.

  6. Real estate is always a hot topic, people are anxious to sell when the price of the house rises, and people are eager to invest and buy when the house falls. As a Property manager, I think you're always invincible.

  11. It's such a big task to assist people in finding suitable living arrangements, but all the paperwork must be worth it to make others happy! I've always wondered what the whole process of being involved in real estate is like because one of my friends works in that field.

  16. I too have two children, a boy and a girl, ages 18 and 15 respectively and am trying to get a degree while working full time and managing life. I wasn't born here but I've been in Las Vegas for almost 15 years now, the second longest I've lived anywhere in my life. I wish you good luck in your journey and hey maybe one day you can sell me my next home.
