We all know the old fashion easy way to print which is file print or ctrl p. What I found interesting in this task was the excel version of printing. I usually only print the active sheets. I didn't know we had different options such as the entire workbook or active sheets. This is very helpful for me, especially for work.
Not just printing but printing in Microsoft Office :-)

ReplyDeleteYea Excel be a beast for a program that's just a tricked up calculator. All the extra printing options was cool though.
ReplyDeleteKnowing that you can print certain pages can be useful if you don't need certain pages.
ReplyDeleteThe print customization in Excel is amazing. It has many more options than Word. I print quite a bit and learning these new features helped me a lot.
ReplyDeletePrint options will always have different options between all the Microsoft programs. We are all going to have to get accustomed in using each platform.
ReplyDeleteIn Excel, you can even define a Print Area and just print specific data instead of everything on the sheet or workbook.
ReplyDeleteWhen I was younger, I found out how to use shortcut keys due to pressing random buttons. The "printing" key and "copy + paste" keys were the ones I found out how to use first. The printing key helped me when I had to print out my documents and there was no "printing" option.

ReplyDeleteI was also unaware that I could print out select parts of a workbook, which is a pretty useful feature if you don't want to get lost in the entire document.
ReplyDeleteIt really is much more convenient to be able to only print what you need, and it saves paper as well.
